Return/Exchange Window

New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In original condition

• Unworn and unwashed

• Free of stains, damage, or marks

• With all original tags attached

• Returned in original packaging

Return Shipping

For US returns only, any duties or fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email info@tression.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once your return has been received and inspected. 

A flat $10 restocking fee will be deducted from all returns and exchanges.

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after we receive your item.

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
