Putting On Your Compression

Our compression pieces are designed for a sculpted, supportive fit — which means they may feel snug when putting them on. This is completely normal.

Follow these steps to ensure even distribution and all-day comfort.

Step 1: Start Seated

Sit down comfortably. Insert one foot and gently work the cuff over your ankle. Slowly ease the garment up your leg, section by section, until it reaches your thigh. Avoid pulling from the top — take your time and move upward evenly.

Step 2: Ensure Even Distribution

Ensure the hem sits just above your ankle bone, and the seams line up straight on the sides. Smooth out any folds or bunching throughout the leg to allow the compression to distribute properly.

Step 3: Repeat on the Other Leg

Follow the same process for your second leg, working gradually and evenly as you go.

Step 4: Stand & Adjust

Stand up and gently pull the garment to your waist. Lightly adjust and distribute the fabric to ensure balanced tension and a secure, comfortable fit.
