How to Submit an Insurance Claim
Most insurance providers require a prescription for compression garments.
To start your claim:
1. Obtain a prescription for a full-leg compression garment from your medical professional. The compression grade on the prescription must match the compression grade of the Tression product for reimbursement (e.g. 15-20 mmHg or 20-30 mmHg).
2. Complete your purchase on tression.com.
3. Submit your order confirmation receipt (automatically emailed after purchase) along with your prescription to your insurer.
In the case of submitting a pre-approval quote before purchase, submit the linked pre-approval quote document(s) below based on the product that you plan to purchase, along with your prescription.
